To make sure the meal plan is as accessible, easy, and enjoyable as possible, we are looking for people
to have a go at following a two-week plan we have drafted.
Participants will receive a plan for recipes and the required ingredients. You don't have to follow every single recommended meal, and you can stop participating at any time. In any case, no matter the outcome, we will reach out to you during and after the 2 week period to collect any feedback you may have.
