All recipes have been designed by our chef Anna Nicholson, who has worked with nutritionists and colleagues at My Emissions to ensure these recipes meet EAT-Lancet guidelines. 

We hope these recipes are easy to follow, affordable, and show you how to make the most of our local and seasonal ingredients here in Scotland.
